H2A Hosts A Successful WHS Lunch on the side lines of World Hydrogen Summit 2025

Last week, during the bustling energy of the World Hydrogen Summit (WHS), H2A proudly hosted the second edition of its WHS Lunch, a gathering that once again proved to be a cornerstone for global hydrogen collaboration and dialogue. Let us not forget about the incredible food and weather we had!

Held against the backdrop of a rapidly accelerating hydrogen economy, the lunch welcomed leaders and innovators from across the entire hydrogen value chain, from production and infrastructure to storage and offtake. With participants joining from all corners of the world, the event provided a vibrant platform for networking, strategic dialogue, and the celebration of collaborative progress within the hydrogen sector.

The event was opened by Bart van der Meer (EVOS), Chairman of H2A, who warmly welcomed attendees and reflected on the achievements already realized in close partnership with the H2A network. He spoke about the transformative progress the association has made in recent months and emphasized the dedication and unity demonstrated by H2A’s partners, highlighting milestones achieved through collective effort and the exciting trajectory the alliance is on. He also shared an exciting look ahead at what’s to come, including the fast-approaching third edition of the H2A Symposium on June 19, 2025.

As the hydrogen economy continues to evolve, events like the WHS Lunch serve not only as a testament to how far the industry has come, but also as a rallying point for what lies ahead. The energy in the space reflected a shared determination to keep building practical solutions, strong partnerships, and a thriving hydrogen ecosystem.

The next milestone? The H2A Symposium 2025, set to convene leading minds and stakeholders in just under a month. If you haven’t registered yet, now is the time.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who joined us at WHS and helped make the WHS Lunch an unforgettable occasion. We look forward to seeing you again next year and hopefully at the Symposium this June!
